Over the summer the school has seen a number of improvements and renovations take place to enhance both health and safety and the learning environment. Improvements include :
- Resurfacing at the front of the school and the area into the KS2 building and playground
- Repainting the main hall
- Finishing the repainting of all the corridors and classrooms
- Installation of new energy saving lighting in some areas of the school
- Installation of a new security system and gate in front of the school
- Renovation of the old Russell House space for future utilisation
- Installation of new windos in the main hall
- Buddy benches in the KS1 playground
- A pedestrian crossing has now also been installed on Bedonwell Road to support safe crossing.
